Jennifer Connelly, Impeccable Style

Jennifer Connelly, is definitely one of my favorite actresses, style wise. She's gorgeous and looks amazing on the red carpet. Not to mention her enviable body. Wearing outfits straight from the runway, and that you can be sure that she isn't going to bump heads with another woman on the red carpet with the same look. She hogs Balenciaga like no other! Like the Balenciaga structured dress with gladiator heels from the S/S 08 collection she wore to the Reservation Road Premire in LA. She was actually the model for in the Balenciaga S/S 08 Ad Campaign. Here's some photos of JC at events in 2008/2009, looking a dime piece ahaha.

Jennifer Connely at "Elle Magazine's Women in Hollywood" Event, she's in a lovely embellished Balenciaga 2008 Resort mini dress with Dior gladiator heels.

She definitly was the center of attention at the "Reservation Road Premiere" in LA, wearing a straight from the runway, very daring Balenciaga Spring 2008 structured dress with gladiator shoes , which was one of the statement shoes in the collection.

Jennifer looked amazing in head to toe Balenciaga Fall/Winter 2008 at the "The Met's Costume Institute Gala" in New York City. She wore a Balenciaga black and white dress with sky high pointed toe heels. The dress had a low v-neck which leads into a wrap front. It also featured a bow detail which sits on the high waist along with a pleated peplum and a slit on the left hand side.

The covergirl for the Balenciaga Spring 2008 campaign, was still faithful to the brand, Jennifer wore Balenciaga for "The Day the Earth Stood Still" New York premiere. She wore a sequined dress from the Spring 2009 collection. She looks stunning, BUT I do wish she didn't modify the look very much from the runway presentation. She definitly has what It takes to rock the amazing futuristic shoes from the collection which were actually connected to the leggings, and the amazing body suit which was showed with the dress at the Balenciaga show. Her make-up was flawless and her hair sleek and shiny.

At the Tokio premiere of "The Day the Earth Stood Still", Jennifer shockingly did not opt to wear Balenciaga, instead she wore a fabulous dress from Givenchy Fall 2008. It was a black dress, certainly not your everyday LBD. It was extremely edgy, interesting and daring. It was simply fabulous, JC looked amazing in it.

At the "Inkheart" New York Premiere, Jennifer returned to her Balenciaga addiction. She wore a dress from the recently presented Pre-Fall 2009 collection, her futuristic booties are also from the same collection. They sort of remind me of the S/S 09 shoes. Her leather coat however is from the Fall/Winter 2008 collection.

Jennifer Connelly looked simply exquisite at the He's Just Not that Into You premiere in LA. Wearing an amazing emerald green sequined straight from the runway Balmain Spring/Summer 2009 dress. The dress had a jagged hem and very padded shoulders, simply divine! Her shoes were also from the same collection, I could think of no other shoe that would look correct with that amazing Balmain dress. She definitly stood out at the premiere, something that's to expect from Jennifer Connelly.

Jennifer Connelly in Balenciaga! Promoting her new movie He's Just Not Into You on CBS's The Early Show, she wore a very dashing Balenciaga Pre-Fall 2009 outfit, with Christian Louboutin Mary Jane heels.

She is gorg. And Vogue said she was Ghesquiere's admitted muse for the collection she modeled for. To the point where he wanted the runway models to be brunette and be inspired by her look (seriously!)

But they are longtime friends...she is a big reason why his designs got noticed in the first place...she began wearing his designs when winning all her awards for A Beautiful Mind, and wore his dress when she won her Oscar. That got him noticed big time.
